I am pleased to see the updates to the Fiscal and Budgetary Policies. These seem like common-sense revisions to encourage efficiency and there are some important long-term reforms like adopting clear KPIs. I’m also glad that the revised policies directly address Goodhart’s Law and thoughtfully consider how best to measure performance. It's good to see this enshrined in city policy.
