5.) Establish the new classifications of Fire Administration Division Manager and Management Analyst and the related specifications and pay ranges, reclassify Fire Executive Assistant/Office Manager to Administration Division Manager and Fire Executive Assistant to Management Analyst II and authorize the Fire Chief to take the necessary personnel and operational actions and non-substantive changes to the ranges or job specifications to effect the change.
