    My name is Alan Brazell. I am pastor at the Open Door Church that meets on 3353 Broadway St. on the south side of the proposed project.

    My wife Karma and I have lived in American Canyon since 1992. We are thankful to have lived here and raised our four kids in American Canyon.

    I would like to share three concerns I have about the impact I think this development will have.

    For context, I live, work, play and shop in this area.

    - We have lived for the last 3 years at the Village apartments across Highway 29.

    - I work - at Open Door church.

    - We play – we walk in the neighborhood and our members of Fitness 19 Gym.

    - We shop at Safeway frequently.

    My concerns are:

    1. Traffic – this area is very busy on the main streets of James Road

    2. Parking - at the Village, often times either we or guests need to park in the neighborhood.

    3. I’d like to see more affordable 3 to 4 bedrooms, single story homes built. Families with kids would prefer to live in a house.
