    I respectfully suggest that the upcoming 2024-25 city budget include provisions for security measures, given the probable opening of the Broadway Project during the fiscal year.

    Measure to include in the Parks or Traffic portion of the budget may include:
    Signage along Broadway from the Napa County line along the Veteran's Memorial Park regarding parking restrictions,
    Install appropriate signage regarding unauthorized overnight parked cars in the Montevino area next to the park (pending Montevino neighbor request), and
    Fixing existing and additional lighting in the park or another security measure appropriate in light of the tenants' arrival in the Broadway Project.

    Thank you for proactively keeping our streets and neighborhoods safe in light of this pending development.
