    After reading the DEIR for the SDG Commerce 220Distribution Center I understand the report to be inadequate and flawed under CEQA rules.According to the report it is inadequate for so many reasons :air quality, traffic congestion, health risks, noise pollution, wildlife and wetland concerns. According to a report by Dr.Shawn Smallwood the impact on special species will be devastating. I urge the Planning Commission to not support certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the SDG Commerce 220 Distribution Center based on the inadequate and flawed DEIR.
