Why were the residents on Melvin Road the only ones notified about the Napa Cove apartments? It has an affect on the city of American Canyon not just 1 street. Why was it approved for more apartments then there would be available parking? There is already issues at other complexes for this very reason. 66 apartments is way too many, even 33 apartments would be a stretch. There was no need to approve this big project or Oat Hill Apartments when our housing requirements were/will be met with the Watson Ranch project, The homes being built on Newell Dr., the luxury townhouses on Silver Oak Trail, and the newer apartment complex by Walmart.
